Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance - Internet/Online

Position: Senior Executive - Finance and Accounts

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Reporting to: Finance Head

Responsibilities

- Reconciliation and Analysis of vendor ledgers especially logistic invoices

- Accounts receivable & Payables Management and its accounting

- Overseeing Daily accounting related entries

- Compliance with tax-related entries & ensuring booking of the same within stipulated timeline

- Closing of books of accounts on a monthly basis

- Providing various reports as per management requirements

Skill Set

- Experience in E-commerce would be added advantage

- Well versed in using Tally ERP 9

- Good knowledge of Accounting concepts

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, etc

- Advanced knowledge of excel

- Decent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment

- Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work

- Result oriented and driven with the ability to work under pressure & deadlines

- Experienced in handling a team of at least 2 people in the past
