Senior Equity Research Analyst - BFSI/Financial Services

Company: A leading Analytics Company.

Designation: Senior Analyst

Role: Equity Research (Will track BFSI sector companies in KSA)

Location: Pune

Experience: 3-8 years

Responsibilities:

- Tracking the GCC BFSI sector and stocks assigned by client, updating client with news and events.

- Preferred areas covered in Equity Research: conventional banks, Islamic banks, brokerages, asset managers, hedge funds, tracking and understanding monetary policy events, conversant with building and maintaining sector data

- Supporting the client analyst/senior analysts/project managers on various ad hoc tasks, which could vary from data gathering, populating data in financial models, preparing sections of reports, ratio calculation and analysis, deep-dive secondary research to populate industry/company presentations, etc.

- Experience in working on various type of modelling assignments, from quick-and-dirty models to sophisticated initiation coverage models

- Experience in working on various type of writing and research assignments, from quarterly earnings reports to detailed sector reports and ICRs

- Contributing to internal knowledge creation and ad hoc assignments
