Job Title : Senior Product Manager

Reporting to : Head of Enterprise Product

Location : Mumbai & Delhi NCR. A Hybrid working model is offered

The key role contours:

- Ideate and drive implementation of platform modules catering to different lines of business.

- Identify opportunities for technology intervention that can lead to gains in revenue, efficiency or other metrics.

- Work closely on new innovations and market first projects. Lead cross functional teams as scalable products are built on multiple platforms

- Managing stakeholders both internal and external to achieve buy-in and reach business milestones.

- Any experience in an early stage firm or entrepreneurship is welcome. Else an ability to work with multiple moving parts. This product is already growing at a stage of over 50% annually

- Experience in large digitizing and automation projects is a big plus.

- Experience across Insurance, Retail and Logistics verticals will be advantage.

- Ability to lead and work in a team of high performance and business growth.
