Senior Engineering Manager - Web Applications - IT

Company Profile: Our client a leading IT MNC in Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the system design of complex software applications, ensuring they are built with quality, consistency, performance and responsive to the device accessing the application

- Participate in Business Case discussions, Programme Working Group meetings, Defect Management meetings to present project cost and delivery status

- Stakeholder management, mentoring of the workforce, process compliance, client management, resource management, account level risk identification and mitigation, project planning and tracking, ensuring quality deliverables to customers

- Play the role of the scrum master for the Employee Digital team in India

- Manage the technology relationship within the organization

- Assuming point person responsibilities for development of web-based user interface applications.

- Consult with business and various technology partners to develop solutions and overall strategies that address difficult and complex organization needs and opportunities.

- Foster communication and support management to monitor manage and report project status.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelors degree in Computer science or any other discipline

- Certification in scrum master is an added advantage

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Should have strong experience in Java Technologies
