Job Description

- The role encompasses managing post market surveillance team as part of the Global Quality Team responsible for meeting customer and regulatory requirements.

- The incumbent must ensure proper analysis of product quality, safety, reliability issues and effective communication to management

Description

- Manage a growing team of contributors on post market surveillance of medical devices

- Collaborate with business partners to share feedback in order to improve product/process performance

- Participate and support in internal and external audits, risk remediation, risk management summaries

Profile

- People management of min 3 yrs.

- Management and strong leadership skills in a challenging working environment with a proven track record of 3+ years of experience in managing and transforming a large team.

- Working knowledge of appropriate global medical device regulations

- Positive approach

- Self-starter and accountable, with sharp focus on quality and customer experience

- Strong written and oral communications skills

- Could come from Quality Assurance/ Design Engineering / Product Engineering background

- Medical Devices, Aerospace, Telecom Manufacturing Environments are preferred

Body of Experience: 12 + Years

Education: B. Tech (Any Stream of Engineering), Green /Black Belt
