Senior Engineering Manager - Offshore - Oil & Gas

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Oversees one of the following groups focused on Subsea Production System (SPS) equipment engineering.

- Product/Applications Engineering; Christmas Trees, Tubing Hanger, Wellheads, Manifolds, or related equipment

- New Product Development & Product Life-Cycle Management

- Provides oversight and management of a cross functional team of engineers and leads the team in achieving executional and strategic goals.

- Responsible for engineering execution, resource utilization, team development, and development of engineering initiatives, associated budgets, schedules and supporting resource plans.

- Although this is a resource manager role, frequent use of relevant industry knowledge/experience, with specific focus on subsea production equipment and associated manufacturing processes is relied upon heavily; and is essential for being successful in the role.

- Manages various engineering disciplines and could have up to 30 direct reports, comprising of engineering professionals of various experience and skill sets.

- Builds strong working relationships with peers, and engineering teams around the globe so that the team is well represented in discussions and decisions. Also, develops strong working relationships with customers' (internal & external), conducts productive meetings, delivers results that are technically and economically viable, and meets market needs and expectations.
