Senior Engineering Manager - IT - IIT/NIT/BITS

What you'll do:

1. Strive to transform customer ideas into successful products impacting millions!

2. Solve critical business problems by using the latest tools & technologies or innovative architecture/solution

3. Review and design solutions in the context of a bigger picture and ensure the architectural integrity of the product

4. Lead high performing product-development team (we hire grads from IITs/NITs/BITS/COEP/VJTI only)

You should have:

1. B.E/B.Tech degree from one of these colleges only - IIT/NIT/BHU/ISM/BITS/COEP and VJTI

2. Thorough experience (8-13 years) of designing, developing, and testing applications

3. Should have good knowledge of Web technology (Frontend + Backend)

4. Should have led/managed at least 1 Python Project for 1 yrs+

5. Secondary Skills: Frontend Technologies (React JS + Angular JS), Exposure to other technology is a bonus

6. Has a good understanding of Web Technology & and has a working knowledge of one or more of these areas (Mobile/BigData/Data/Enterprise)

7. Has a good understanding of one of these architecture patterns (Layered Monolith/SOA/Event-Driven/Microservices/Serverless)

8. Should have experience in managing people (here it's a 20 people team.

9. However, it's ok to look at someone who has handled 8-10 people or more)

10. Should be good with customer interaction. Experience in managing multiple product teams or multi-functional teams (Dev + QA + DevOps etc.) would be a plus

2. NodeJS(MUST) + ReactJS (Desirable)
