KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Seek out new business clients that require our software product engineering in a - Connected- and iterative approach to solve strategic business objectives that will enable them to compete in the digital economy.
Focus :
Product Engineering, Digital transformation, Application Development :
- Collaborate with my client's management executives, delivery and solutions teams to support the structuring, negotiating and closing of new strategic partnerships.
- Meet/exceed the revenue & margin targets agreed upon for this role.
- Develop and manage business development plans and forecasts with transparency and ongoing adjustments.
- Facilitate and resolve issues, problems, escalations with cross functional teams.
- Plan and manage contracts, support marketing concepts, and go-to-market plans with internal executives and operational teams.
- Oversee and lead financial analysis and due diligence reviews of new strategic opportunities and coordinate their review and structure.
- Align with client executives on key initiatives and collaborate closely on execution.
- Detail business requirements, build proposals and collaborate with internal and external client teams to ensure clear and realistic deliverables.
- Sustain, manage and cultivate relationships with new clients to foster deeper and new value creation to align with their business objectives
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & CHARACTERISTICS :
- 10 + years overall experience with recent 5+ years of experience in Hunting New logos, Outsourced IT/Product Engineering Services
- The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, innovative, and excel at thinking big. He/she needs to show an ability to think creatively about business challenges and opportunities and define strategic win-win solutions which may not be fully defined by our clients
- Strategic thinker capable of driving a partnership from concept to execution.
- Outstanding communication, time management, presentation and organizational skills.
- Passionate about transformation in the digital economy and strong sense of technology innovation & collaboration
- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion for success.
- Strong planning, project and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Agile Transformations is a plus
EDUCATION :
BA/BS, (Master's Degree preferred) from a leading University
Other Parameters :
- The Title/designation to be offered - Sr. Director/ AVP / VP - will depend on the candidate's experience & caliber.
- Candidates with prior experience of working in the Indian Market & now working in the US market will be highly preferred.
- Can consider candidates located across other locations in the USA if the candidate is willing to relocate to New York
- Candidate needs to have the necessary work permits to work in the USA- H1B Visa or Greencard holder. Visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Need aggressive Sales professionals who will be accountable for new client acquisition
