Senior Director - Transition - Contact Center/Call Center (10-19 yrs)

Gurgaon/Gurugram/Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune Job Code: 1154405

BPO Experience is Must

- Strong Transition experience for Contact Center or Call center process

- Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills; ability to assess and anticipate client needs and instill confidence.

- Minimum of 5+ years successfully managing the complete project life cycle involving multiple functions and teams of 10+ people.

Role :

- Be the expert: Be responsible for leading client facing projects from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and close-down processes.

- Strengthen relationships: Work closely with customers to deliver their projects on time and on budget. They must possess the ability to lead combined teams with senior client, 3rd party vendor,

- The ability to report and present to executive management is a must

Control and coordinate: The individual selected for this role needs to be self-driven, have a passion for understanding how to solve problems, and be willing to embrace challenges head on.
