Senior Director - Talent Acquisition - IT (12-20 yrs)
HIRING FOR LEADING TECHNOLOGY COMPANY IN MUMBAI/PUNE:
Core Responsibilities :
1. Building strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs. Build our sourcing strategies
2. Managing our partnerships with alumni associations, colleges, and job boards
3. Developing a network of referred candidates and past applicants for future hires. Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire, etc.)
4. Managing, training, and evaluating our recruiting team
5. Participating in and hosting recruitment events for driving our company's awareness
6. Overseeing the candidate experience (e.g. application process, communications, and interviews)
7. Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basis of our business growth strategies
8. Implementing offline as well as online employer branding initiatives
9. Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring our annual budget for recruitment
Essential Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience :
1. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role
2. Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
3. Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
4. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
