Responsibilities : - Primary responsibility is achieving fair valuation. Includes integration of finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance to enable effective communication between the company, financial community, and other constituencies - Experience in buy side with consulting/investment banks - Creation and presentation of a consistently applied investment message to the investment community, and, thereafter, conveying to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the client company's performance - Development and maintenance of IR Strategy, Plan and Execution - Conduct a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation - Training to all company spokespersons in Fair Disclosure Regulations - Overseeing the production of all annual reports, regulatory filings and proxy statements - Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management - Organization of conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings Qualification & Skills : - At least 6 years of M&A experience with Indian clientele (mandatory) in BFSI sector preferably, else TMT - Must be excellent pedigree from IIM, ISB etc mandatory - Currently working with Bain, BCG, Mckinsey, KPMG, Deloitte etc. Or must have had similar experience and then moved in-house to reputed organization s. - Experience in working with VCs such as Blackstone, Baring, Sequoia, KKR, Matrix etc
