Senior Director - Solutioning & Consulting - Digital Marketing Firm (15-25 yrs)
Client- This is the Captive unit of one of the worlds best Digital Marketing firms
The opportunity is at the intersection of

The person will lead a team of 50 + which is responsible for
- Work with Account Management/Clients to create Solutions
- Understand the requirement - Create BRD ( Business Requirement Documents )/ FSD and explain them to the technical team
- They also make test plans and coordinate with the Quality team
- They also work on module release
The KRA's are
- Consulting and Solutioning
- Creating capacity- within the team by developing and mentoring them
- Managing Stakeholders in India and US
- Mentor and coach managers to efficiently manage teams and delivery of projects
- Ensure high client satisfaction with change management planning, communication, execution, and service.
- Identify, track and resolve project issues and risks.
- Employ consulting and systems development methodologies to guide daily activities.
- Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives.
- Participate in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs and people.
- Interactions frequently involve skills such as negotiating or influencing matters of significance to the organization.
- Proactively work to improve delivery quality, repeatability and on-time delivery of projects and looking for areas of improvement, implementing, and governing these standards.
- Ability to understand the work/tasks and ensure the right resources are assigned to the job and assist in growing the team's skill set
Essential skills & experience:
- Experience in CRM / Loyalty or Digital Marketing in General
- Minimum 16 years experience and we would prefer a premium college
- Extensive working knowledge of SDLC(Agile, waterfall models)
- Consulting & Solutioning
- Capacity Creation
- Ability to solve problems on the fly and work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment.
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Managed delivery to global customers
- Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment on multiple priorities under pressure
- Able to interact with customers, coach analysts and developers, and influence peers and management
- Able to learn quickly and rapidly establish expertise with the company standard and client-specific solutions.
Desirable skills & experience:
- Knowledge of multi-channel marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience in database marketing and/or data management solutions.
- Knowledge of database marketing automation technologies
