Key Leadership Role for a reputed IT/ITES client in the Presales/Solution Design Area. Would be supported by a team of 5-6 leaders.
- Be the thought leaders, market facing. Active role in driving growth, and building capability.
- The incumbent would be responsible for improving and expanding the current Healthcare processes within the organisation.
- As an SME, pitch for new business
- Participate/Drive improvement initiatives along with bridging process gaps.
- Industry benchmarking, Market Intelligence, driving best practice.
- Should have worked on the entire spectrum of Healthcare (Understanding of Payer/Provider)
Desired Profile -
Preferably a Doctor/Pharma background though not mandatory.
- 10+yrs in Healthcare. Have deep domain experience in Payer, Provider A/r (RCM), end-end claims, Quality and Risk Adjustment
- Excellent presentation skills and strong knowledge in US Healthcare. Proactive in identifying gaps in the process and work on fixing these opportunities.
