Expectations:
1. Work with various teams to craft compelling sales collateral that communicates our unique value proposition that engages seller community.
2. Strategies for increasing seller engagement and communication to build a strong community of sellers
3. Strong BTL experience including events, road shows, seller summits or industry conference is a must
4. Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to make decision in a changing environment and anticipate future needs. Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker.
5. Establish rolodex with events partners, event managers and agencies.
6. Ability to manage external agencies and vendors
7. Communicate and coordinate with business development and strategy/planning teams ensuring that seller community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.
8. Organize social and professional events for the sellers.
9. Manage content building and hosting of content around sellers such as building collaterals, knowledge base, FAQs, email communication etc.
10. Develop and manage seller trainings
11. Building strong seller community
12. Plan, execute and host events around sellers and sell acquisitions such as road shows, seller,summit, meets etc.
13. Self-starter with ability to self-manage workload
14. Excellent People Management and Communication Skills
