Head all aspects of the Private Banking Business Unit

Job Description:

- As Director - Private Banking manage entire P/L for Private Banking Business of the company

Team of Managers, Sr. Managers, AVPs, etc who manages Ultra HNI clients including NRI/ Global Indian clients

- Managing Ultra High Networth Clients (Resident/ NRIs/ Corporates) for their investment and lending needs. Special thrust on NRI/ Global Indian clients from various geographies like Singapore, Indonesia, Hongkong, Japan, UK, UAE, Africa and Middle East.

- Investment Advisory: Advising clients on various investment ideas based on the suitability to their risk profile, return expectation, asset allocation, liquidity needs etc. viz. Private Equity Funds, Portfolio Management Services, Structured Products, Bonds, Mutual funds (Equity and Debt), Stock Broking, Offshore Investments, E-Gold, Commodities, Currency Derivatives, Real Estate Advisory, Estate Planning etc.

- Credit Risk Assessment and business lending, Lending against Investments, Morgages, lending Against Property, etc

- Carry out qurterly/ annual portfolio review and analysis of the client's investment portfolio to ensure that the investments are inline with the client's expecttions and risk profile.

- Responsible for strong service delivery and also advise clients on various other value added serives like Money Transfers, Repatriation, Remittances, FEMA regulations, LRS (Liberalised Remittance Scheme), Taxation, DTAA, etc

- Investment Advisory: Responsible for providing advisory services to Super HNWI clients for various structured products, FMPs, research based portfolio management services, investment services and insurance referral business. Offer various liability products for global Indians like Foreign Currency and domestic deposits (FCNR, NRE, NRO Deposits). Responsible for advising clients on various other value added serives like Investments, Money Transfers, Repatriation, Remittances, FEMA regulations, Taxation, etc

- Strategic Planning: Building strategies, framing business plans and successfully implementing result-oriented strategies for expanding cos NRI Banking Business in various geographies like UK, Europe, Japan, Singapore, Honkong, Indonesia, UAE, Gulf countries, etc.

- Team Management: Ensuring the productivity of each Regional managers, Relationship Manager/ branch channel. Monitoring, Motivating, Driving the sales team and ensuring their monthly achievement of targets and achievement of variable performance payout plans

- Knowledge Management/ Leadership Skills : To develop the competencies of the branch channel and the sales teams by organising frequent training programs, role-plays, skits,etc
