- 6+ years of dedicated, full-time experience in performance marketing. 8+ years overall in digital marketing.
- Rapid scaling up on most of these channels: Google Ads (Google Search, Google Discovery, Youtube Ads, Google Display Ads), LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic & Native ads.
- Good experience in other ad platforms like Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, and others
- Managing the full funnel of performance marketing - setting aggressive targets, figuring out the team structure & resources needed, set up the right analytics & campaign structures, managing budgets & performance, and reporting to the company leadership.
- Highly analytical with expertise in setting up, running, and reporting on experiments, and always sharing insights rather than just data.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills vis-a-vis hiring, leading, and mentoring full-fledged performance marketing teams
- Experience working in a startup environment and setting things up from scratch would be a plus
- Experience or background in Computer Science/IT will be a plus
