Our Client is the Shared Service Organization that supports one of the largest Marketing and Communications Companies (French Company) in the world . Position: Sr. Director - IT Client Services (Service Delivery Role) Location: Gurugram They are currently looking at Sr. Director IT responsible for looking after IT Infrastructure for approximately 17,000 seats spread across various locations in India. Team Managed under this position: 95 (includes 5 Direct and rest Indirect) Job Description: - Ensuring the day to day operational activities of the IT Field Service Teams are managed correctly through your direct reports and their teams, and that agreed IT support service levels are maintained - Provide managerial support and direction for the Field Service Teams - Be the point of escalation for agency user community - Proactively engage with the Senior Management team and key stakeholders of all agencies, to develop credibility and understand current requirements and anticipate needs - Own calls/issues escalated by the agency user community - Review and improve operational procedures in accordance with regional and Global directives/guidance. - Ensure client support activity is right first time, every time - Own and manage the local IT Capex budget in association with Finance - Provision of IT procurement assistance to ensure IT budgets are managed in the most cost effective manner and within preferred supplier guidelines - Ensure all 3rd party vendors utilized to deliver IT services meet and adhere to the associated IT policies, NDAs and contracts - Lead & ensure Groupe initiatives/projects are implemented on time - Actively promote, market and communicate IT Services to agencies - Actively look to promote and expand training services as 'added value' - Assistance to SVP IT Client Services AMEA with respect to annual IT Strategy and management of IT programmes during the fiscal/calendar year Salary: 50 to 55L + Bonus
