Senior Director - Internal Audit

Candidate profile:

- CA (mandatory)

- 15-20 years post qualification experience

- Working with Big 4 experience (3-4 years in an audit role)

- Good communication & executive presence

- Mix of corporate & consulting experience

- Work experience in Listed Companies or IPO

Responsibilities:

- Internal audit incharge

- Liaison with external Big 4 partner

- Proactive audit compliance

- Work in tandem with the audit committee, Board members & internal teams

- Minimise duplication, chase optimal efficiencies.
