Senior Director, Industry Strategy for Manufacturing

- The Senior Director of Industry Strategy is responsible for the creation of the Manufacturing strategy and its Go-To-Market execution plan across the APAC region.

- The Manufacturing vertical within a fast paced, high growth segment, with an extensive portfolio of solutions that cover many of the end to end manufacturing processes in Automotive, Consumer goods, Semi -conductor, Metals, Food & Beverage, Electronics, Electronics and Chemical & Paper.

- It is a pivotal role within the APAC management team, operating in a highly collaborative manner, within a matrix organizational structure.

Responsibilities :

- Within a corporate framework, lead and collaborate with all functional heads in creating and executing the Manufacturing strategy across the APAC region.

- Map the portfolio of the company to the Manufacturing sub verticals based on their market characteristics and opportunities.

- Shape the Marketing strategy and work with Partners and Alliances to support the successful execution of the plan.

- Actively engage with Press & PR and Industry Analysts, in support of our Manufacturing business.

- Represent company as key external events and professional bodies.

- Develop Manufacturing messaging and collateral that is localized and promotes our strategy

- Engage with Senior Executives, providing a perspective of industry trends, from both a business and technology perspective.

- Commercially evaluate Sales budgets and supporting pipeline and advise on remedial action to achieve plans.

Experience :

- Holding senior roles within a large Manufacturing organization in Automotive, Consumer goods, Semi -conductor, Metals, Food & Beverage, Electronics, Electronics and Chemical & Paper.

- Business expertise in Buying & Merchandising or Supply Chain

- Technology and Digital experience, with an understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Data Science and IOT is an advantage, as is exposure to digital transformation.

- Deep understanding of Manufacturing trends and industry direction is essential

- Experience of operating within a matrix organization structure

Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent desirable
