Senior Director - HR Shared Services - Investment Bank
Job Description :
- The Head of HR Services, India is responsible for contributing to the global and regional Colleague Services strategy and leading the delivery of a first class service for the organization.
- This role is also accountable for ensuring alignment to Group HR Services strategic direction and for compliance with Service Level Agreements, Performance Metrics and managing a sound control environment.
- This role is a part of India HR Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships internally and externally, ensuring delivery is in line with the operational requirement and aligned to customer/business needs.
- Deploy expertise in regulatory, system, process, product or customer proposition impacts on the operation.
- Work with stakeholders across the bank to translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Writing business requirements and/or business cases to create appropriate documentation.
- Lead the analysis of how changes to the business operating model will impact existing procedures and drive recommendations on approach.
- Ensure successful deployment of changes to systems: providing business system support, manage communication with the business
