Senior Director/Head/Leadership Role - Business Unit - Semiconductor

Job description :
 
- Business Unit Head for VLSI design services

- Responsible for running the BU including

- P&L management

- Business development

- Engineering Delivery

- Interface with world-wide sales and cross functional teams

Qualifications :

- First 10 years of career in VLSI chip design preferably on SOC (System on chip) design implementation

- Experience in leading large cross functional (RTL, PD, DV) engineering teams

- 10-15 years of experience in Management, Business development, and Customer engagement

- 5 years of experience as BU Head and in P&L management

- 5 years of work experience overseas, in the US or Europe

- B.E. / M.E. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

- Must be willing to travel internationally for business development
