Role: Senior Director - Governance Services India Operations
Experience : 20 to 27 Years

- Manage the delivery of Governance Services for various clients out of India in all respects - Service Levels, operational execution, interface with client side resources as well as direct client interfaces, etc
- Manage the transition of new clients governance services to India
- Manage the Governance Services resources in India
- Hire, train and motivate the resources across levels within the Governance Services unit in India
- Administrative responsibility for the unit for all internal admin processes in terms of time accounting, financial matters etc.
- Manage the India Governance Services Operations budget
- Support the pursuit process for selling Governance Services to new clients - showcasing the existing capabilities, support the development of collateral material etc.

- Excellent operations management skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)

- Manage teams for ensuring on time delivery of high quality work that meets the services levels expected by the client
- Relationship building skills with clients
- Ability to quickly learn and apply methods, processes and tools
- Good Working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Prior IT experience desirable
- Basic financial management
- 6 Sigma qualification and experience a plus
- ITIL certification and experience a plus
- 5 - 10 year prior ITO and/or BPO operations management experience essential
