Senior Director/Director - Talent Management - BPO (16-22 yrs)
Sr. Director / Director- Talent Management -
- The position will support Talent Management objectives of the organization by focusing on designing & developing programs to drive succession planning, leadership development & frameworks to attract & retain right talent.
- Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
- Research and assist in the development of Strategic TM programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns.
- Work closely with the HRIS manager to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management policies & philosophies including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.
- Developing an internal promotion policy & process to ensure suitable talent is promoted to next level roles .
Required Experience, Education/Qualification and Skills :
- 16+ years of broad HR experience including talent management & Organizational Development in BPM/IT/ITES domain
- Proven work experience in Talent Management or similar role
- Hands-on experience implementing OD programs
- Experience with performance management procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership abilities
- MBA in Human resources or relevant field
- Additional certification (e.g. CIPD or SPHR) is a plus
