Senior Director/ Director - Solutions Design

About the Position

Solutions design is one of the most critical roles in the Sales and Consulting team at Client. This team of functional and domain experts works closely with customers to help them understand how our solutions can add transformative value to their people management and business strategies.

Responsibilities

- As a domain expert, develop a thorough understanding of a customer needs, including their business strategy, how it aligns to their people strategy, and what needs they have for learning, development, and transformation

- As the product expert, help customers understand our product offerings through tailored demonstrations, solution proposals and other collateral. Assist customers in achieving their goals by aligning our solutions to their needs

- As an industry expert, work with Knol ska pe's product marketing team to produce thought leadership articles and other artifacts

Requirements

- MBA HR from XLRI or another top tier MBA Institute

- 8-16 years of marketing experience in either

- People advisory consulting with a top tier business consulting firm

- Solution consulting or pre-sales with a top tier L&D solutions vendor
