We are looking for 15-20 years of Business Development experience in the BPO/ITES industry with a strong track record in generating revenue for the organization. Should have in-depth knowledge in negotiation/Quoting prices of different work models. Sales and BD experience in industry verticals such as Healthcare, BFSI, Trust and Safety, ECom, EduTech, Manufacturing & Retail is highly desirable. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography. 2. Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company 3. Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects. 4. Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking. 5. Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc. 6. Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies. Education: - Graduate degree, advanced university degree preferred, or equivalent experience
