Senior Director - Demand Marketing - IT (15-18 yrs)

- Own end-to-end management of various demand generation campaigns, drive pipeline and conversion rates

- Ensure digital and demand generations programs are creating enough leads for SDRs to create their pipeline

- Optimize various demand channel structures, allocate lead targets, resources, marketing budget, report on performance metrics, ROI

- Manage a team of digital marketers and ensure the execution of the quarterly plan, monitor and report on lead flow through all programs

- Build and manage inside sales teams across core geographies, set relevant targets based on regional pipeline requirements, ensure MQLs are getting converted to SQLs

- Lead outbound marketing programs including roadshows, roundtables, participation in third-party events

- Manage the pre-sales team, ensure timely and quality responses to all RFX

- Lead the digital marketing team, plan and manage campaigns including for social media, SEO & PPC programs

- Ensure execution of content marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, webinars, and affiliate marketing programs to ensure creation of right quality leads

- Create processes and metrics for demand governance including for database acquisition, segmentation, email frequency and personalization, drip campaigns, nurture campaigns, and campaigns to website visitors

- Develop and implement campaign and nurture strategy based on personas, top use cases and/or industries, regions with the objective of creating MQLs

- Work closely with field sales and customer success managers, inform them of trends and behavioral data within their target account lists, and in their territory

- Define and report on key performance metrics, budget utilization across all channels in digital marketing

- Provide insights to product marketing and other content creating teams on which campaigns are working well, what demand programs to focus on, how to optimize content

- Regular reporting of pipeline build-up, characteristics, program performance, campaign performance across the marketing team and to sales, executive leadership
