Senior Director - Delivery - Storage & Backup (18-28 yrs)

Job Description:

An experienced Storage and Data Protection Delivery leader who has worked as domain expert and handled technical delivery for multiple accounts with overall 18+ years in the Infrastructure Management business. The person must possess self confidence in his / her technical and project management abilities to lead and manage Storage technical delivery with experience in handling large distributed teams catering to multiple customers and geographies.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Good industry knowledge of Storage and Backup technologies across multiple vendors such as EMC, HP, IBM and NetApp

- Exposure to Industrialisation, Standardization and Automation is a must.

- Ability to think strategically to influence ways of working, develop transformational roadmaps and drive change.

- Strong knowledge of financials with prior experience in managing budgets and driving cost reduction initiatives centred around standardization and industrialization

- Past leadership experience in handling complex technical deliveries

- Prior experience of having managed senior managers and senior technical experts

- Good executive presence

- Good at preparing service delivery documentation, reports with good presentation skills

- Ability to manage escalations and stress

- Act as trusted advisor and partner for account and client stakeholders

- Excellent Project Delivery Management and client facing skills
