Senior Director-(Retail & Manufacturing Analytics)- Delivery Leader-(16+ years)-Bangalore

Delivery Leader job opportunity for someone holding more than 16 years of work experience in Research and Analytics for Diversified Business, Manufacturing, Retail, and Telecom (DMRT) industries. You will use your experience in leading and managing global accounts portfolio for the analytics delivery organization at WNS while engaging with the C-suite customers with consultative thinking.

Responsibilities:

- Leading growing and mentoring high caliber delivery professionals and create imminent leaders, while building market and industry-specific capabilities.

- Devising strategy and managing the P&L for Global Delivery teams of the assigned industries.

- Building and nurturing global customer alliances/partnerships, while delivering across multiple geographies, assigned industry verticals, and clients upholding the standards of excellence and schedule, in contradiction to the outlay parameters.

- Not responsible for the business development efforts but also be instrumental for providing solutions towards the organizational development innovation, create novel services mapping the market needs by solution development RFPs

Requirements:

- Should have more than 16 years of work experience

- Bachelors/Masters from any stream, preferably a tier 1 institute.

- Should have strong experience to engage with customers at senior leadership level, global delivery, and large account management particularly in DMRT.

- Should have handled delivery Analytics projects for Global customers within BPO/BPM sector with excellent delivery and large team (~200 members) management leadership skills

- Strong customer relationship and project management capabilities; besides, be able to drive solutions and proposals.

- Strong consultative sales skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding entrepreneurial environment

- Bachelors/Masters from any stream, preferably a tier 1 institute.
