Senior Director - Business Head - Credit Cards (10-15 yrs)
Role Description:
- Leading the new business initiative end to end, and managing the entire Revenue, Growth, and Strategy, working directly with the cofounders.
- Business Head role to build an entire new business line end to end. Build the Credit Cards business and lead the P&L for one of the leading fintech organizations in the country.
Our Client: One of the major fintech organizations in India, well-funded by marquee investors.
Job Location: Bangalore
Budget: Not a constraint for the right candidate.
Must Have:
- MBA/Graduation from Tier-1 institute only.
- 10+ years of experience with exposure to Business Growth, Revenue, and Strategy.
- Fintech experience is a MUST.
- Start-up exposure is a MUST.
- Progressive career growth
