Overview: The Recruitment Lead is accountable for the overall recruitment service delivery of various functions. The Lead has ownership of end to end recruiting process for large sized recruiting demand plan. Acts as the key point of contact with stake holders and candidates, including HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment process. Whilst continuing to provide guidance and leadership to a team of members. Key Responsibilities : - Provide leadership and guidance to recruitment team across multiple locations. - Conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies/plans with team to achieve recruitment targets and enhance service delivery - Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility - Responsible for a medium to large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports - Provide guidance/expertise on sourcing channels appropriate - Review performance of existing sourcing channels - Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required - Responsible for leading and driving post offer management Suitable Candidate : - PG with 15+ yrs of experience into Recruitment ( BPO / ITeS with major focus on Front Line Hiring) in an International Call Centre/ Voice environment - Should have managed a Team of 20+ Recruiters for PAN India hiring - Open to travel - Exposure to Bulk Hiring for Different kind of Processes / Operations / Functions - Hands on experience of various sources of recruitment - Experience of hiring minimum 500+ associates per month with team size of 15-20 - Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required - Optimizing Source mix to lower CPH - Extremely Target Oriented
