Job Description:
1. Monitoring and making sure of compliance with Direct Tax Laws in various foreign jurisdictions (USA, Europe, Latin America, APAC, Middle east, Africa).
2. Gaining a complete understanding of direct tax in various foreign jurisdictions and being an advisor to the Business.
3. Work towards optimization of the tax costs in various Geographies.
4. Global Transfer pricing
5. Smooth tax assessment- minimization of post-assessment issues. Ensure that all the crucial post-assessment issues are won at Tax Court.
