Role details: - Title: Practice Leader NextGen (Sr. Director or AVP) - Reporting to: Global Head of Digital BU (SVP) - Location: Pune / Noida / Bengaluru, India Role &amp; responsibilities: The role-holder will be accountable for driving the next level of growth, strategic positioning, and P&amp;L management of the NextGen (i.e. Multi-cloud) Technology practice, which has grown to be a strategic business unit in the company. More specifically, they will: - Formulate differentiated partnership, co-selling, GTM, business development and account management / account growth strategies for the practice, driven by differentiated solutions &amp; services offerings - Drive strategic account growth and be responsible for the delivery of consulting services to prospects and clients - Keep expanding the business within existing accounts and help clients, by building and sustaining strategic executive relationships, doubling up as their trusted business technology advisor - Position differentiated and custom solutions to clients, based on their expertise on the market trends, specific needs of the clients and the supporting business cases - Provide proactive support to clients and prospects to ensure their successful adoption of clouds and partner technologies - Keep building new technology capabilities, and building team competencies by leveraging cloud provider partnerships - Steer the marketing of technology &amp; domain solutions / service offerings to internal/external stakeholders - Manage business relationships with the technology partners &amp; start-up eco systems and demonstrate edge over competition - Develop a compelling multi-cloud and cross-cloud services strategy and develop propositions that leverage industry experience - Manage multiple opportunities through the entire business cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary Candidate requirements: - Cloud experience and expertise: 18-20 years of all-round experience across multiple cloud stacks (full stack, database technologies supported on clouds, Data (structured &amp; unstructured) &amp; AI solutions, cloud IOT, cloud-native development (including microservices based enterprise application development, serverless computing, DevSecOps CI/CD tool chain, API Management platforms, containerization, etc.) and in aPaaS platforms like Cloud Foundry - Ability to solution for and build platforms based on a best-of-the-breed integrated multi-cloud approach, driven by business use cases and RoI - Cloud Practice team management credentials: Including headcount (400+ FTEs), revenues (c.$ 50 million in ARR) and utilisation targets - Cloud partnership credentials - Solutions and delivery experience: Including in cloud-native and migration to cloud - Solutions articulation credentials - Differentiated Digital solutions expertise - Cloud implementations experience and expertise, across multiple clouds - Customer advocacy / championship, leading to ever-increasing customer retention and repeat business, driven by customer delight - High calibre presentation and communication skills - Practice and enterprise level leadership skills and competencies covering people management, conflict resolution, accountability, judgement and decision making Assessment process: 1.
