Our client a leading MNC in Hyderabad is looking for Senior Digital Transformations Consulting professionals for their BPS business.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Digital Transformation advisory services

- Engage with Business leadership to define their digital transformation strategy & roadmap

- Conduct workshops with a cross-section of stakeholders to identify digital opportunities & generate business cases

- Capability in understanding customer analytical data and information to identify gaps and search for root cause consumer insights and campaign management.

- Executive presence with an ability to engage with client and understand key business drivers around digital transformation, digitization, customer centricity and Marketing.

- Experience in loyalty management and transformation especially with digital programs

- Collaborate with all functional areas of the business to ensure effective knowledge sharing and team participation.

- Participate in the performance management process through goal setting and performance reviews for associates under your responsibility.

Desired Profile :

- Bachelor's degree from a national accredited school.

- Ability to look at numbers improvement projects and have experience in driving projects leveraging new and existing technologies - RPA (must), AI-ML, Blockchain etc
