Responsibilities :
- Handling multiple agencies and making sure business goals and revenue targets are met
- Making monthly and yearly plan for paid and non-paid channels
- Managing CRM with appropriate plans to improve user retention and lower the churn rate
- Planning Digital Calendar for the month and Season Launch
- Provide category level insights and the discounts required to drive paid channels and meet the revenue target.
- Taking business to new heights with innovative ideas and strategies.
Requirement:
- Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience
- Should be from an NIT/IIM/IIT/BITS/TISS, etc
- Should have experience in the E-commerce industry
