Senior Digital Marketing Manager - FinTech (6-9 yrs)
Looking for Senior Digital Marketing Manager for a credit insight and technology company. It is a multi-award winning start-up, headquartered in UK.
The role responsibilities are:
- Design branding and positioning strategies
- Manage external designers/ agencies
- Handle ad campaigns, social media campaigns, email/ SMS campaigns and oversee the design of performance and brand advertising
- Ensure the brand message is impactful and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Data analysis for generating insights to improve overall performance of campaigns and optimize cost per acquisition
- Analyze customer behavior, expand market share and identify opportunities to tap new markets
- Monitor competition (marketing strategies, acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Work in coordination with other business units to optimize marketing efforts
The successful candidate would be:
- 6 to 9 years of experience in Marketing including at least 2 years of experience in NBFC/ Fintech (lending, cards or payments)/ Digital Banking
- MBA marketing
- Experience in end-to-end marketing strategy to drive growth and successfully operate a new marketing function
- Strong hold of digital marketing techniques - paid ads, paid social, SEO
- Understanding of marketing technologies, channels and trends
- Experienced with CRM software
- Excellent communication, strategic problem-solving skills, time management skills
