Senior Digital Analyst - Online Marketing - Media Agency (4-8 yrs)

Overview:

Digital marketing analysts develop and maintain search marketing campaigns through pay-per-click and other online advertising tools. The Digital Marketing Analyst will execute online marketing campaign strategies while developing expertise in key practice areas of digital marketing. You are results and data-oriented and can track and communicate key performance indicators and success metrics to our team and clients.

Major Responsibilities:

- Understand companies- products, its target audience, and market (age group, behaviors, countries etc.), conduct market research and accordingly create effective marketing strategies and recommend appropriate channels to run paid ad campaigns.

- Plan, Implement, Test, and Monitor all paid advertising campaigns within Google AdWords and Social Media Advertising. Analyze marketing ROI, sales performance, campaign data, Google Analytics, and customer data to make recommendations on how to optimize our marketing tactics toward our target segments

- Create performance reports based off of data analyses and insights that will increase the effectiveness of our marketing strategies against our KPI; Support in the creation of a centralized report that increases visibility to marketing KPI and helps the organization use data to drive business results.

- Partner with the Paid Social Manager in driving strategic social expertise within the team; Produce reporting and analysis across Digital platforms: Analytics, SEM, Social Media, Ad Platforms etc.

- Be completely responsible for tagging and setup needs across digital platforms (Web and Mobile) Support A/B and multivariate testing scenarios to improve usability, marketing performance, and conversion, including opportunity identification, test design, analysis, and recommendations

- Draw conclusions about how marketing programs could be improved, based on performance; The ideal candidate must have a good command of the entire digital ecosystem and the analytics tools/methods involved:

- Solid understanding of analytics and reporting across paid search, banner advertising, social, mobile, email, etc. with the understanding of programmatic media buys, ad serving, and media analytics.

- Works to increase Internet traffic to websites, social media posts and other forms of online promotional content. Part of their job involves reviewing their company's current Internet presence and analyzing web traffic stats and any relevant data that can help them reach conclusions about how effective their online presence is.

- They must identify traffic goals and the target audience they're attempting to attract and then develop methods to reach those goals and increase web traffic. As they evaluate their site's content and statistics they will produce reports. Once they implement new strategies they will continue monitoring the site to determine if the strategies are effective.
