Key Responsibilities : - Develop a product design strategy that supports users- needs, and ensures that UX and UI concepting, prototyping, and actionable user validation are interwoven with the product lifecycle and development roadmap. - Build and implement tangible and scalable design vision, data-driven processes, and systems that integrate seamlessly with existing product protocols. - Apply deep understanding of research methods and their application to ensure the customer experience is anticipated in a simplistic, intuitive, consistent way for a diverse set of product users. - Lead all stages of the rapid product design process including discovery, definition, ideation, generative concepting, prototyping, design, and validation, setting the direction, design success Metrix and tone for design in alignment with company Design systems while evolving the design system in a progressive manner. - Communicate design guidance, choices, and direction to multiple stakeholders using research insights, conducting design workshops; wireframes, flow diagrams, rapid prototypes, and/or visual concepts to help communicate and validate ideas. - Assess the user-interface or usability characteristics of products - Collect data through direct observation of work activities or workshops or witnessing the conduct of tests. - Design cognitive design standards, such as design systems. - Evangelise UX process, methods, techniques for small to large audience. - Lead and establish design ops or UX training requirements for XD CoE. - Perform functional surveys, User interviews, other research methods. - Apply modeling or quantitative analysis to forecast events, processes of organizations. - Advocate for end users in collaboration with other professionals including engineers, designers, managers, or customers - Design or evaluate systems, using human factors engineering and ergonomic principles to optimize usability, cost, quality, safety, or performance - Manage and mentor Jr. UX designers as UX people manager Profile & Experience : - Bachelor's Degree in design or equivalent HCI Degree or bachelor's in computer science required; Master's degree preferred - 10+ years of industry experience & candidate should be from MNC background - 8+ years of Core UX hands-on experience in UX design, UX delivery, member of UX practice, and managing small or mid-size UX team especially for technical product development companies - Experience performing usability tests and analyses for products in the Customer Services industry - Track record of developing high performing teams focused on UX, Visual Design, and UCD engineering - Prior experience in Enterprise and Contact center Application user interface designs and end-customer products required - Experience with all aspects of software development lifecycle process (Agile or Lean-Agile) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organizations with regard to all aspects of a project solution with managers, executives, clients, and project team. - Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams - Creative thinker with a history of providing innovative designs and solutions to problems
