- Looking out for new ideas, innovative or interesting fabrics, trims, details which can be utilised

Description :

- Build concept, mood & colour board

- Illustrate designs; swatches systematically to product development team. Review fits and issue final developments.

- Conduct a systematic hand over of tech packs to the production team. Sign off production counter samples.

- Design Management: All critical paths involved in sketch to store

- Team Management : Hire & grow

- Developing collection ideas, branding ideas, designing and developing the collections for apparel range

Profile : Someone with strong team management skills, creative outlook to be aligned with the vision of the brand
