Qualification, Age &amp; Experience: - Graduate in Engineering with MBA (Specialised in Operations /SCM) - Age : Below 45 Years - 15 - 20 years of Experience in Machine Tools / Material handling Equipment- s, Textile / -Machinery Manufacturing Industry with hands on exposure to Production, Assembly, PPC, Procurement, QA. - Preference will be given to candidates who has worked in printing machine manufacturing Companies. - The role holder reports to Director - Operations. - Ability to Speak fluently in Tamil is essential. Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Create a culture of safety across the manufacturing unit. - Drive high performance (Efficiency improvements) - Build a strong team - Identify top talent, empower to deliver the company objectives. - Provide Leadership to the team - clear objectives &amp; sense of purpose. - Drive daily management (Safety, Quality &amp; Productivity) - Drive Manufacturing Strategy, Build solutions to achieve sustainable growth. - Review established manufacturing schedules to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible. - Overall responsibility for ensuring that staffing and competency levels are achieved/exceeded in all aspects of the machine building process. - Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality. - Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets, including relevant departments accountable to the achievement of budgets. - Should have hands on experience in Ms Office and ERP.
