We need a candidates have good exposure in Demand Planning / Supply planning, Demand Forecasting, Demand Analytics , Machine Learning , Programming skills, data visualization and Predictive modelling etc.

Position - Senior Demand Analyst

Experience - 3yrs to 6yrs

Location - Mumbai

Domain - Supply Chain

Timing - 01:30 PM to 10.30PM

Job Description:

Provide Support to demand planning function through Analytics

- Regression methods- Correlation, ANOVA, Chi squared, Dimensionality reduction, r squared, adjusted r squared, p value, composite models

- Build statistical models using historical demand data

- Build & implement advance capabilities using machine learning techniques into forecasting framework to enhance accuracy and scalability

- Predictive modelling and Time series forecasting

- Statistical modeling using R

- Historical data pre-processing and outlier correction

- Multivariate modelling incorporating external factors into forecasting

Technical requirements:

- Data visualization using Excel and/or Tableau

- Pivoting, conditional data formatting, charts, graphs

- Handling large data sets in various formats, volume and dimensions

- Fundamentals of linear algebra, calculus, matrices and probability

- Strong understanding of Demand Planning and supply planning processes

- Hands on experience on machine learning - various types of regression, classification and clustering techniques

- R and/or PYTHON Programming

- SQL/PLSQL
