Senior Delivery Head - Recruitment - Big4 (6-15 yrs)

We are currently hiring for the role of Sr. Delivery Head (IBM /Deloitte) Full Remote. You have to have experience working with either IBM or Deloitte, it's a Must Have.

What will you be doing day to day?

- Handle the entire US recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, and submission of profiles.

- Understand US employment terms, W2, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.

- Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US.

- Proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources using BOOLEAN Search Strings and online resume database.

- Submit quality candidates to our US talent acquisition team with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.

- Responsible for achieving the hiring needs.

- Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Research, Referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.

- Good understanding of both domain-based and technology-based recruiting.

- Required Skills & Qualifications.

- Proven work experience in US IT Recruitment.

- Work extensively with Recruitment Tools - Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Job Diva, and LinkedIn & Indeed.com.

Experience:

- Proven track record in working with a high volume setup with good order fulfilment history.

- Have Experience of US IT Hiring's.

- Experience in client engagement and management.

- Minimum 5 years in US Recruitment of which recent 2 should be as a manager.

- Graduate or Masters Education Background is Big Plus.

Skills

- Must be an effective communicator with excellent communication and grammar skills.

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

- Must understand the BGV challenges and how to handle BGV Failures.

- Must have good knowledge of how scorecards and recruitment metrics work.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- You enjoy reading and learning new technology.
