Senior Dealer - Money Market (5-10 yrs)
Responsibility:
Money Market:
- Treasury Bills - OMR and FCY (including FX cover to mitigate currency risk)
- Bonds - OMR (Government Development Bonds) and USD (Oman Intl. Bond)
- FX Spot and Swaps - USD/OMR and other currencies (Balance Sheet related)
- Regulatory Ratios Management - ALM, Central Bank stipulated (BM1120 and Lending ratio etc.)
- Budgeting, tracking and projection of P&L on regular basis
- Counterpart Correspondence & relationship maintenance
- Cross responsibilities for tasks of other team members during absentia
- Coordinate with IT department for enhancement of systems, Upgrades and testing.
General Education:
- CFA or MBA - Finance or CA or equivalent.
Specific Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Money Market & Fixed Income related with exposure to one or more products, FX Spot & Swaps, Treasury Bills and Bonds
- Good analytical, managerial, presentation and communication skill.
- Any additional certification related to Treasury activities is a plus.
