Senior Dealer - Large Corporates (6-10 yrs)
Main role (Overall accountability) -
Responsible for the Fee Income generated out of marketing of FX, Interest Rate products
Principal accountabilities:-
1. Be part of the bank's Treasury and Capital Markets team to market full range of treasury products especially FX, Interest Rate. Commodities exposure would be a welcome addition.
2. An in-depth understanding of treasury products including derivatives and a thorough knowledge of global financial markets is a necessary pre-requisite.
3. To further strengthen the existing treasury corporate relationships in addition to expanding the client list.
4. Should be in a position to independently analyse the financial markets, analysing market trends, political and economic indicators and advice structured hedging solutions to corporates
5. Should be able to independently run a book with specific clients while optimising revenue
6. Actively involved in client engagement activities including conduct of seminars, events etc.
Personal Specifications:
- MBA- Finance or CA with CFA
- Good quantitative and analytical skills with experience in treasury environment handling marketing of derivatives products
- Strong knowledge of all treasury derivative products and day to day activities of a full fledged treasury is must.
- Good negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- A self-starter and team player with strong I.T Skills
- Post- qualification experience of not less than 6 years.
