Senior Data Specialist - Alteryx

We are looking for a Sr. Data Specialist for one of our MNC client, this would be a Contractual position (on payroll of an agency)

Location: Pune

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Leads a group of Associates and Analysts to execute multiple cases simultaneously.

- Take responsibility for assigning work streams.

- Monitors and manages workload and resolves overloads.

- Understand stakeholders needs and situations and adapt to case expectations. Show ability to resolve complex issues across work streams.

- Communicate data, knowledge, and clearly explain insights and implications for the client to the entire team.

- Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions.

- Develop automations and build innovative solutions to reduce turnaround times for delivery of instruments

- Provide technical expertise in Alteryx and Tableau related pieces to the team members where required

- Build and enforce best practices and process improvements to ensure quality of deliverables

- Good hands-on exposure to Alteryx and Tableau is a must

- End to end ownership of NPS Prism survey instruments throughout the value chain

Qualifications and Work Experience:

- 8 years of experience in areas related to machine learning, data analytics or predictivemodeling.

- Hands-on experience in predictive modeling, text analytics, data analysis and visualizations.

- In-depth experience with customer insights /primary market research and analytics at a consulting firm, market research agency or data provider

Education Required:

- MBA from top-tier institute or statistical / analytical course from a tier 1 university

- Preferred: Concentration in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or Market Research is strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

- Experience in handling datasets related to Telco or Retail domain with knowledge across customer lifecycle is good to have

- Proficiency in Alteryx Tableau is mandatory (Python/R is good to have)

- Experience in customer loyalty data analytics
