Qualification : - Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science profession - Proven Data Science track record (professional or educational) - Graduate/Post-graduate from tier-1 colleges/universities - Strong fundamentals in Statistics, Maths, CS Desired Profile : - Should be independent thinkers who can problem solve and apply the right data science techniques, optimization algorithms and accuracy computations to predict a range of healthcare-related measures from a corpus of medical data (that includes historical data and is augmented each week/month with new data) and by mining additional information on the internet. - Problem space includes predicting provider-procedure negotiated rates, predicting generated medical claims from doctors- notes, identifying behavior characteristics of consumers to identify population sets that can be influenced via a variety of techniques towards better health etc. - Should demonstrate the right level of rigor that solving such problems require - Learn the domain from health care analysts, product specialists and clinical experts and apply domain-specific wisdom to craft models, perform data imputation and predict outcomes - Be completely hands-on in building scalable framework last to run models and generate output.
