Job Role and Responsibility: 

- Analytics and data-driven decision making is at the heart of our organization. Every function, be it the product, Global Marketing, Sales, customer success or Operations, rely on data the most critical asset of our organization  to make informed decisions and develop strategies and processes for driving growth. Analytics team is therefore at the core of driving all innovation efforts.

- As a senior data scientist, you would be responsible for researching, formulating and implementing innovative analytics solutions and accelerators, which would help functional heads and senior management in developing business-building strategies on a regular basis. Typical business problems that you would be working on are Sales and operational efficiency, Product recommender, etc.

Skill Requirements

- Hands on experience of working with Python/R, SQL and MS Excel

- Passionate about Edutech Domain.

- Should be creative in suggesting new ideas, & quickly iterate to reach the desired outcome for a problem.

- Expert in SQL and python.

- Be able to collaborate with business stakeholders and functional heads

- Ability to take entire ownership: from research to solution design to end-to-end implementation

- Love of working with data to discover actionable insights and develop first-of-its-kind solutions

Education: B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ ME/ M.Tech from Tier1 Colleges only - IIT, NIT, VIT, IIIT, NSIT, DCE, BITS ETC.

Work experience: 2+ year of professional experience in analytics/data science function.
