Senior Data Scientist - CPG Sector

- This role is to liaison between business and analytical teams needs to understand the business problem and the context, develop appropriate statistical solution and generate business insights from the solution

- The role involves mentoring Decision Scientists

- Innovating newer solutions and techniques 

Previous work experience required : 

- 5-8 years, with atleast 2 years in advanced analytics doing complex models

- CPG experience preferred

- Good Experience in SQL and Python

- Hands-on experience building complex statistical models in some of the following:

- Multinomial logit

- Integrated forecasting using GLM / Mix Models

- Optimization using Simulated Annealing / Genetic Algorithms

- Different types of simulations and simulations software

- Cluster Analysis

- Proven skills in translating statistics into insights

- Experience in Pricing / Promotions strongly preferred
