Senior Data Scientist - BPO/ITeS (3-10 yrs)
3+ years of industry experience with a strong record of accomplishments and project experience in designing and implementing data science applications of AI/ML/DL in the production environment.
Job Description:
- Experience in working on large datasets to generate knowledge on behaviors and trends and have diverse interest and skill set covering data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and visualization.
- Expertise in time series analysis, forecasting and predictive modeling is especially desirable.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency of sampling methods, and analytic methods such as regression, classifiers, clustering, association rules, decision trees, SVM and hypothesis testing etc.
- Proficiency with analysis and programming in R, or Python (Python Preferred).
- Substantial experience with unstructured data sources, especially in areas such as spatiotemporal data, video/image, speech or text data.
- Proficient in databse systems, SQL and NoSQL
- Strong familiarity with Machine learning, deep Learning, neural network architectures including CNNs, RNNs, Embeddings, Transfer Learning, Attention-based Networks, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Must have strong experience in NLP/NLG/NLU applications using any popular Deep learning frameworks like Open CV, PyTorch, Theano, Keras, Tensor Flow, Caffe and should have implemented solutions for industry use cases.
- Working knowledge of current techniques and approaches in machine learning and natural language processing: text analytics, sentiment analysis, semantic parsing, and other cognitive/AI applications.
- Experience on Deep Learning for Image processing and audio analytics is must.
- Experience in data management, parallel computing and distributed systems; productionizing & retraining models
- Experience with big data analytics tools/libraries such as Spark or Scalding
- The ability to work with APIs and multi-GPU machines on the cloud
- Strong drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
