- The Data Scientist is primarily responsible for Collecting, storing, processing, analyzing, and presenting data in ways to help the business make better decisions.

- Meets with business users to understand reporting needs and gain detailed information for report specifications. Authors new reports and alters existing reports using corporate reporting software to provide useful analytical solutions.

- Extracts data from multiple sources to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making

- Apply machine learning and statistical techniques including regression models, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting, support vector machines, clustering, and topic models

- Conduct data-cleansing for the purpose of purging and eliminating corrupt or redundant information

- Develop solutions that bring critical insights to wide scale of different problems such as targeting customers and segmenting markets, product design, marketing optimization, demand forecasting and brand valuation, profit, and price analyses

- Develop, prototype and test machine learning algorithms on data sets

- Generating reports and dashboards from single or multiple systems

- Keep abreast of new and current statistical methodologies, machine learning and data wrangling techniques

- Prepare various sources of data using data wrangling methods in Python, R and SQL, leveraging infrastructure including Cloud computing solutions and relational database environments

- Provide data science services to TFO. You will work with different teams to assess client demands and suggest data science methods that provide practical, value-added answers to the client and business functions.
