Senior Data Management Manager - IT (10-12 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Manage overall delivery of data migration from legacy to core ERP applications working with project managers, key business and data stakeholders
- Lead a team of data leads and analysts to drive data migration deliverables including timely status reporting for ERP deployments, projects and enhancements
- Define data strategies to enhance data migration methodologies and processes leveraging automation and AI/ML technologies
- Enforce standards and guidelines related to the design, construction, testing and deployment activities as established by departmental and organizational standard
- Partner with the Enterprise Information Management/Data Management organization to understand business requirements and drive solution delivery to meet data quality standards
- Work with co-source partners to ensure data deliverables are met with quality and on schedule
- Manage resource pool and budget adherence to ensure alignment for deployments, projects and enhancement initiatives
- Manage and direct activities related to analysis, design and implementation of technical data management solutions
- Lead continuous improvement in data migration processes, tools, system capabilities and methodologies to refine and innovate
- Work with cross functional teams to drive change management to integrate new automation capabilities into existing methodology
MUST HAVE:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- 7+ years of data integration and migration experience for large scale projects
- 5+ years of ETL applications (Informatica) or other data migration tools
- Strong functional knowledge in business operations related to ERP applications with a focus on data migration, data quality, and data governance
